REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

eBasket Professional League – Season 2025

By registering for the eBasket Professional League (hereinafter eBasket Pro), organized by the ADEMEBA eSports Commission, the participant (hereinafter the Player) expressly and unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Regulations

1.1. The Player agrees to be bound by:

• The Internal Regulations of the eBasket Pro, available at [insert URL or indicate means of consultation].

• The EFIBA Official Regulations in force for the corresponding season.

1.2. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt the Player from complying with them.

2. Commitment to Participation

2.1. The Player agrees to:

• Participate actively, punctually, and respectfully in all scheduled meetings.

• To worthily represent your team, eBasket Pro and ADEMEBA.

3. Conduct and Sanctions

3.1. Any unsportsmanlike conduct, use of offensive language, cheating, glitches, abandonment of matches, or violation of the rules will be sanctioned in accordance with the internal regulations.

3.2. Sanctions may range from warnings to permanent disqualification from the tournament, with no right to a refund.

4. Image Rights

4.1. The Player authorizes the use of his or her name, player ID, team, voice, and likeness in broadcasts, social media, promotional materials, press releases, and any other content derived from the tournament.

5. Player Responsibility

5.1. The Player is responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection.

• The NBA 2K game on the corresponding version and platform.

• An active and legitimate account on the specified console or platform.

5.2. The organization is not responsible for disconnections, technical problems of the player or any other personal impediment to compete.

6. Modifications

6.1. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the schedules, specific tournament rules, formats, or any other operational aspects, with due notice to participants.

7. Confidentiality and Personal Data

7.1. The personal data collected during registration will be used solely for organizational and communication purposes of eBasket Pro, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

8. Jurisdiction

8.1. Any dispute arising from participation in the eBasket Pro will be resolved by the ADEMEBA eSports Commission and, where applicable, by the appropriate bodies within Mexican law.

9. Acceptance

By submitting your registration, the Player declares that he or she has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
